Alan Jackson was awesome!
Randy Houser opened and he was great. Everything ran on time. Alan Jackson came out and sang all the favorites and a new one, also great. People were dancing in the isles and swaying in the seats. A full house at Times Union, one I won't forget anytime soon.

Underwhelmed
I love Alan Jackson, but felt something was off last Saturday. He seemed to walk very stiffly and sat when he could. He sang shortened versions of many of his great hits. Sad to say that I don't think he is up for the big venues anymore. Plus the addition of pit "seats" takes away from the show. He spent more time throwing tee shirts, guitar picks, slapping hands etc, then necessary. I will stick to listening to his CD's.

Alan Jackson sounded great
Alan Jackson’s voice and music were spot on. My only complaint was the sound seemed to bang around the arena

wow
Alan is such a great singer and what a wonderful band it was a great show except for being by the the pit - too many people standing up in front - usually the pit is lower than the floor - a lot of people couldn’t see if you were on the floor - other than that it was an incredible night

Fantastic!
I have seen Alan in concert 7 times. This show was changed up a bit. The beginning introduction film was really great. I have never seen him talk to his audience like he did this evening. He is such a wonderful person. Very respected in country music, and I love his band, the Strayhorns, who are all excellent musicians. He gets them all very much involved in the show, which also shows what a great guy he is. He introduced us to his nephew, who now lives in Albany and was watching. I love his traditional country music! There is no better artist than him!
