The box office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm. For a weekday show date, the box office is open from 10:00 am to show time. For a weekend show date the box office is open no later than 3 hours before the scheduled event time.

Will call is located at the box office at the main entrance, and the SE corner of the building. To claim will call, customers must present a valid photo, the order number and the credit card that the order was placed with.
