Boy still has it !
The whole band is great 35 years after becoming international stars, but you cannot take your eyes of Boy George. He's fantastic and sounds great. He's charming too, talking with fans and telling stories between every song...and the setlist included ALL the hits. Wife and I were in the pit, the crowd down there was worth elbowing through for a spot near the stage! More!

Boy George and Culture Club were awesome!
Boy George displayed one of the best singing voices I’ve heard. He was gracious, funny and projected a sincere appreciation for the audience. So glad to see him on the right path. I would recommend to anyone!!!

Culture Club Thompson Twins
I have seen Culture Club 2 times in the past 5yrs and I was expecting a little more. In the past he changed 3 to 4 times. Also the band seemed less into the music. I do love Boy George he was interactive with his audience. Was great to see Thompson twin lead singer. I would go again if tickets were cheaper. Spent 100.00 that was too much.

Boy George and Culture Club
Loved Culture Club!! Did VIP ticket with meet and greet. Fun, but wish it would have been done a bit differently, awkward at Planet Hollywood, rushed. At House of Blues, it was unclear of where there was "VIP" standing room...had a hard time finding security to ask that question. Stood next to very crabby non VIP woman that was not happy if you accidently bumped in to her on occasion. It's a concert, don't be in front if you don't want to get bumped in to. She ruined the concert experience for me. But I still love Culture Club!! Tom Bailey was great too!! They did not disappoint.....but my surroundings were disappointing.

80's throwback
A totally awesome concert, Boy George's voice was incredible! I was really looking forward to this line-up and Tom Bailey of Thompson Twins really delivered, the B-52''s srt was lacking and the sound was off, I've seen them before but probably won't again. On to the headliner-Culture Club, what a fantastic performances almost worth the exorbitant fees Ticketmaster charges

Boy George is at his Best
Over an hour of pure magic, Boy George and Culture Club came out of the gate with Bowie's Just Dance and continued with hit after hit. George looks and sounds fabulous, bantering with the crowd and having a really good time. His backing singers were fantastic and could hold a song and the members of Culture Club held their own. If you have the opportunity to see their show, take it. You will not be disappointed.
CULTURE CLUB IN CONCERT:

In concert Boy George remains as fierce a showman as ever, taking the stage with the same gender-bending makeup and outré fashion that made him a global ‘80s icon. Whether he’s bringing the drama on upbeat favorites like “I’ll Tumble 4 Ya” or melting hearts with his coy croon on “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me”, George always charms audiences with his soulful delivery, infectious dancing, and candid asides between songs. The band keeps pace beautifully, cranking out their signature brand of reggae-influenced new wave with an ease and funkiness that is sure to get fans grooving. Whether they’re performing solo or sharing the bill with fellow new wave icon Howard Jones, Culture Club always treat fans to a nostalgic and dance-worthy journey through some of the best sounds of the ‘80s.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Culture Club was formed in London in the early ‘80s by Boy George, an androgynous club kid who had previously sang with legendary new wave outfit Bow Wow Wow. Calling themselves Culture Club as a nod to their diverse cultural backgrounds, the band made their debut in 1982 with the album Kissing to be Clever. Though the album’s first two singles failed to make much of a mark, third single “Do You Really Want to Hurt Me” topped charts around the world, catapulting the band to international superstardom virtually overnight. Their 1983 sophomore album Colour by Numbers was an even bigger smash, blowing up charts around the globe with catchy hits like “Karma Chameleon” and earning the band a Grammy in 1984 for Best New Artist. Culture Club released two more albums in the mid-’80s to moderate success, but by 1986 Boy George’s struggles with addiction had pushed the band apart. They reunited in the late ‘90s and released the 1999 album Don’t Mind If I Do and toured for a stint, but George’s successful career as a DJ soon led to another hiatus. Following a few one-off shows in 2011, the band reunited in 2014 to record their sixth album Tribes -- a highly anticipated return that has fans dying to catch them on tour in support of the release.
