Don't do the lawn
Love Dave. The sound was great. But if you want to see the stage, any part of the stage don't get lawn tickets. I could have been in a bar for all we got to watch is the screen.

Solid DMB performance
After a long day at Summer Fest in Milwaukee it was nice to have a seat and listen to a show without standing up. Listening to a lot of rock throughout the day made this concert seem a bit too mellow for us. After around an hour and a half we left to see another show at the festival. If this was a regular DMB show it would have been nice but there were too many other bands at Summer Fest that we didn't want to miss out on.

Always a good time DMB
I have seen you about 25 times. Always a great show. Everyone killed it up there. So happy you were playing in Wisconsin. We miss you at Alpine. Hopefully next year. Xo

Dave Matthew's Band, Milwaukee, Wisconsin
I wish he would sing more of his hits, stop jamming out to one song

I loved the show! I seen ppl complain that they played too many new songs. Of course they played songs off the new album (which, i really enjoy their new album). they have a huge catalog of songs, you wont get to hear every song you want to hear. The sound and screen issues were not the first time I saw that happen at that venue, so I dont think that was the bands fault. This is my second DMB concert and I would definitely see them again!

Lackluster for the great DMB
I’ve seen Dave over the years, close to a dozen times. Alpine Valley in 1999 was the best show I’ve ever seen. This concert lacked the DMB essentials...no violinist, only two horns in the horn section, no lovely ladies....just long, drawn out sets with no energy and excitement...not to mention the lifetime spent in between songs. Dave, you can do better. Tim Reynolds is great though, so you got that going for ya....

Okay show in a terrible venue
Screen wasn’t working for half of the show. Sound was off as normal. This venue needs to be updated.

Great show. Musicians were phenomenal. Missed the violinists. Learned after tickets were purchased that Boyd Tinsley was no longer with the band. Assumed there would have been a “ fill-in” . Also wished we could have experienced more of the iconic songs in concert.

Disappointing. Too many extended saxophone and horn solos. No Crash, no Ants Marching, no Bartender, no Gravedigger, nothing.

Dave Matthews Band at Summerfest
As always, the Dave Matthews Band was outstanding. From playing songs from their new album to older classics, they sounded great. The entire band plays with such enthusiasm and intensity. I didn't sit down at all during the entire 3 + hour concert.
Dave Matthews Band in Concert
With a career spanning more than 27 years, Dave Matthews Band is one of the most influential bands in rock history. In 1991, vocalist/guitarist Dave Matthews decided to put some songs he had written on tape and sought the assistance of drummer Carter Beauford and saxophonist LeRoi Moore, who were both accomplished jazz musicians in the local Charlottesville, VA music scene. 16-year-old bassist Stefan Lessard came on board shortly thereafter. Their infectious, distinctive sound garnered lots of early attention and a die-hard loyal fan base, catapulting the band into one of the most successful touring acts of the past three decades.
The group has since released nine studio albums and numerous live recordings, selling a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined since the 1994 release of its major label debut, Under the Table and Dreaming. The GRAMMY®-winning band's many hits include "What Would You Say," "Crash Into Me," "Too Much," "Everyday," "American Baby," "Funny The Way It Is," "Mercy" and "Samurai Cop (Oh Joy Begin)."
Founding member LeRoi Moore passed away in August of 2008 and the band paid tribute to him with 2009's Platinum-certified Big Whiskey and the GrooGrux King. Dave Matthews Band has since welcomed longtime collaborators/touring musicians Jeff Coffin (saxophone), Rashawn Ross (horns) and Tim Reynolds (guitar) into the lineup and - most recently - keyboardist Buddy Strong.
With 2018's Come Tomorrow, Dave Matthews Band became the first group in history to have seven consecutive studio albums debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. In a Critic's Pick review, The New York Times observed, "willed optimism fills the songs on 'Come Tomorrow,' while cynicism and irony are nowhere within earshot... each song notes the fears and sorrows it's determined to overcome. The music does that, with consolation in its melodies and a life force in its rhythms."
Renowned for their live performances, Dave Matthews Band has sold over 24 million tickets since its inception and ranked as the biggest ticket seller worldwide of the past decade. The group's Bama Works Fund, established in 1999, has raised more than $52 million dollars for humanitarian and environmental initiatives.
