Def Leppard was supposed to be the headliner
Both Def Leppard and Journey put on great shows my only complaint is that when I purchased the ticket Def Leppard was the main act. I understand that Def Leppard, as an act of patriotism, gave the headliner spot up to Journey the American band on the 4th. however I would have liked to know that ahead of time because although I didn't mind missing part of the opening act Journey I would never had come late had I known they switch the 2 acts! I missed a few of Def Leppard's songs and that was disappointing! Otherwise great show.

Def Leppard blew the roof off & Journey rocked!
Both bands played every song you want to hear & sounded fantastic! Took me straight back to my High School days!

Journey 4 Life
I’ve seen Journey several times with Arnel Pineda A’s the lead singer & every time is more amazing than the last. Same, if not even MORESO, goes for the rest of the band! Neil Schon is unbelievably gifted & always incredible to witness as well as the talented Steve Smith. You really get your money’s worth, as well as an unforgettable experience watching Journey perform!

Arnel hits it out of the park
Arnel and Steve Smith had their A game going at Summerfest this year. Salute to Jonathan and Neil and Ross too, all in all more than my money's worth.

Step it up, Journey!!
Sound board needed some work. The instruments were drowning out the signing, and Arnel really had to strain to be heard. Set list could have been better-losts of favorites missing from the lineup. Good show, but definitely room for improvement! A big thanks to the Amphitheater for letting us in early to get out of the downpour!!

Journey was good
Not great. Too many solo's. Couple songs that were not very popular. Great Energy. Seemed to enjoy their time on stage. Great partner with Def Leppard! OVerall fun show.

Def Leppard was AWESOME!
Thankfully Def Leppard played first. They were amazing! I bought tickets for my sister for her birthday. The joy Def Leppard brought her was tremendous. She has waited 30+ years to see them. They sang all of their hits and the show was spectacular. Journey was a disappointment. Too much showboating by Neal Schon. I get that he co-wrote their songs but his stage persona was over the top to the point it was off-putting. We left after the tribute to our military. The tribute was the only part of the Journey concert that we liked. The ENTIRE Def Leppard concert was AWESOME! Thankfully we didnt have to sit through Journey first.
Journey in Concert
As the original legends of arena rock, few bands in existence put on a show quite like Journey. Anchored by singer Arnel Pineda's thrilling vocals and Neal Schon's unstoppable guitars, the band continues to show fans, both old and new, exactly how it's done as they tear through marathon sets of classics like "Don't Stop Believin'" and "Open Arms." After a short break from their relentless tour schedule, they're primed to blow minds again in 2014, pairing up with Steve Miller Band for select dates that are sure to be the stuff of classic rock legend for years to come.
Journey Background
San Francisco-born Journey is the quintessential arena rock band. Assembled in 1973 from the ashes of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch, the band has since gone through a number of line-up changes — only stalwart guitarist Neal Schon has been with every incarnation. Despite a rotating roster, the band has sold 47 million albums in the US, and is consistently named one of the ten best American rock bands in history. While the '70s and '80s provided them with the most commercial success, their current manifestation with Filipino singer Arnel Pineda has given them truly global breadth.
Fans Who Bought Tickets Say

"Great show for any age! We went with a group age range 18-43 and had a blast! Who doesn't love Journey!? Really cool show! Lost my voice singing along to every song!"
"This was an amazing two-hour boogie with Journey at their best! Lead guitarist Neal Schon's tenacity on the guitar was incredible!"
