Def Leppard/Journey Review
Def Leppard delivered in a big way. The countdown built a sense of anticipation, and the crowd energy stayed high throughout the performance. The lighting, sound, and performance were all spectacular. Def Leppard put on a show probably as good as they ever have. Journey was disappointing. The band appeared energetic, but the sound was highly distorted to the point it was tough to decipher which song you were listening to. In addition, they played quite a few songs that it seems the crowd was unfamiliar with. I looked around the crowd to see the energy that had been present for Def Leppard was completely gone, and I even saw people leaving early into the performance. I really wished Journey had gone first. Also, the tickets were much too high for this show, higher than I've paid for Bon Jovi, Styx and REO Speedwagon, Godsmack and Shinedown, and even Metallica at this same venue and with similar seating. I would love to see Def Leppard return but certainly not with Journey.

Def Leppard rocked; Journey, eh...
Def Leppard sounded AMAZING! The sound was off for Journey....I was really excited to hear Arnel, but all I heard was garbled sound from Neil Schon and Jonathan Cain. It was like they were trying to drown Arnel out. Bummer

Def Leppard stole the show
Def Leppard was great. The group that came out as Journey, with the new lead singer, was the best cover band I've ever seen. He just isn't Steve Perry

Left after a couple of songs
Def Leppard was on before them and were wonderful, but when Journey came on the music was way too loud that it drowned out the vocals. After a few songs we left because it sounded so bad and knew it was going to be that way the rest of the concert.

Def Leppard was awesome!
Def Leppard stole the show. Music and vocals were spot on. Light show was excellent. Definitely would go see them again. Journey was pretty good but their sound was off. Bass was too loud and drowned out vocals and other instruments some. Lead singer was hard to understand between songs and light show was average. Definitely expected more from a band big as they were.

Def Leppard was hands down awesome!
Def Leppard and Journey were great. Def Leppard just puts on one of the greatest shows!! They play all of the oldies and seem to have a blast doing it. Both bands sound great and I love Journey's singer - he sounds like Stve Perry, but his energy is crazy!! Love him and how he adds to the group. *don't know if I will vere go back to Verizon in Little Rock*

Journey and Def Leppard
This is our 2nd time to see Def Leppard and our 6th time to see Journey in the past 10 years. What a great tour idea! TWO headline bands in one show! We were extremely pleased with the concert and the Verizon Area venue. The only knock on the venue is the vending is inadequate for a sold out concert. Long lines and long waits for concessions. It should not take missing three songs to get a beer! But anyway, great concert. Must see!

Journey
It was ok... Miss Steve Perry... His replacement is ok, just not the same
Journey in Concert
As the original legends of arena rock, few bands in existence put on a show quite like Journey. Anchored by singer Arnel Pineda's thrilling vocals and Neal Schon's unstoppable guitars, the band continues to show fans, both old and new, exactly how it's done as they tear through marathon sets of classics like "Don't Stop Believin'" and "Open Arms." After a short break from their relentless tour schedule, they're primed to blow minds again in 2014, pairing up with Steve Miller Band for select dates that are sure to be the stuff of classic rock legend for years to come.
Journey Background
San Francisco-born Journey is the quintessential arena rock band. Assembled in 1973 from the ashes of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch, the band has since gone through a number of line-up changes — only stalwart guitarist Neal Schon has been with every incarnation. Despite a rotating roster, the band has sold 47 million albums in the US, and is consistently named one of the ten best American rock bands in history. While the '70s and '80s provided them with the most commercial success, their current manifestation with Filipino singer Arnel Pineda has given them truly global breadth.

"Fabulous show by all. Arnel was spot on and owned the lead role. Great show...will attend every chance I get."
"Great show for any age! We went with a group age range 18-43 and had a blast! Who doesn't love Journey!? Really cool show! Lost my voice singing along to every song!"
"This was an amazing two-hour boogie with Journey at their best! Lead guitarist Neal Schon's tenacity on the guitar was incredible!"
