Journey was amazing!
Journey and Def Leppard played over the top! Two huge headliners at one concert.

Journey Was Boring
Def Leppard was fantastic. Had the crowd pumped. The crowd was sitting down and I got up and bought a tee shirt 20 mins into the Journey performance, the people that were in line with we were all talking about how bad a job Journey was doing. My friends and i left after buying shirts. I have never walked out on a show must less walked out with floor seats, but it was that bad. The one star is for Def Leppard, if i could rate them separate i would give them 5 stars. i would give Journey nothing because from what i saw and heard im not sure they deserve 1 star for just showing up.

Journey/Def Leppard
Def Leppard was incredible!! I could have listened to them for a lot longer. Journey, however, was terrible! Their sound was so distorted it was hard to sit through it all. In fact, many people didn’t. They need to figure out what’s wrong with their sound. It was very disappointing.

Great Concert
This was a great concert. Def Leppard was perfect and maybe even better than the last time we saw them at Little Rock about 30 years ago. And their light show was just tremendous. Journey was great as well. However, the vocals were not balance with the music. Also, the lead guitar was turned up a bit too hot. This did not hurt the performance but I wish we could have heard the vocals better. The new lead signer is awesome and we could have enjoyed his performance more if they'd just turned his mic up a bit. My one recommendation would be to open with Journey first and then have Def Leppard as the second act since their show is more powerful.

Journey Background
San Francisco-born Journey is the quintessential arena rock band. Assembled in 1973 from the ashes of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch, the band has since gone through a number of line-up changes — only stalwart guitarist Neal Schon has been with every incarnation. Despite a rotating roster, the band has sold 47 million albums in the US, and is consistently named one of the ten best American rock bands in history. While the '70s and '80s provided them with the most commercial success, their current manifestation with Filipino singer Arnel Pineda has given them truly global breadth.
