What are the will call rules?
Collect tickets from the reception desk in the main foyer during the hour prior to the performance. If you purchased your tickets online, please take credit card and Ticketmaster reference number as proof of purchase.
What are the parking options at King George's Hall?
There are several hundred parking spaces within walking distance of the venue. Most is free after 6pm. There is also a pay and display car park next to the Waves Water Fun Centre across the way from the venue free after 18:00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The town centre multi-storey car park is locked at 23:00.
Is there accessible seating?
The Concert Hall and Windsor Suite are completely accessible for visitors with disabilities. Wheelchair patrons and patrons with specific accessible need to book directly with the venue. Wheelchair spaces are limited and must be booked in advance. Please contact the venue direct on 01254 582579, ext 208
What are the general rules of King George's Hall?
The Venue reserves the right to refuse admission at all times. On occasions security checks may be carried out which may include pat downs and bag checks. Patrons are prohibited from bringing food and drink (alcohol or otherwise) into the venue unless proven they are needed for medical reasons. Smoking including e-cigarettes is not permitted on the premises. Latecomers will be admitted at a suitable break in the event which may be the interval. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless an event is postponed or cancelled.
Are children allowed?
Parents will be expected to accompany children under the age of 16 who are attending concerts with no age restrictions. Children of age 2 and above must occupy a seat and purchase a ticket. Babes in Arms can attend and remain on parents knees for the performance. Car seats or prams cannot be taken to the seating area. Pram parks will be available.
