When is the box office open?
Open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. For events on weekdays, the Box Office will remain open through the end of intermission. For events on weekends, the Box Office is open two hours before show time and through the end of intermission.

What are the parking options at Kodak Center?
General parking in lots across the street ($10 cash charge). Premium parking lot adjacent to building ($20 cash charge; limited availability). Handicap parking available in all lots.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible seating, limited mobility and visually impaired seating is available in limited quantities and available for purchase at the box office, Ticketmaster.com. Hearing impaired/sign language interpreter requests at least 1 week prior to performance to reserve. BoxOffice@smg.kodakcenter.com . May purchase tickets anywhere in venue.
Are children allowed?
Children under two years of age do not require a ticket to sit on an adults lap.
