What are the will call rules?
Tickets can be picked up at the Main Box Office no earlier than 5:00PM on the day of the event. Customers must have the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number to receive their tickets.
What are the parking options at Landers Center (formerly DeSoto Civic Center)?
On-site parking lot has a capacity of 3,000. The charge is $5 per event.
Is there accessible seating?

Are children allowed?
A ticket is required for a child if he or she has reached its second birthday for hockey and football only. All other events require a ticket for a child if he or she has reached its first birthday.
