What are the will call rules?
Orders received beginning the Tue. before an Event (or 5 days before an event) available at 10:00 am the next day. It is recommended that tickets are picked up early to avoid long lines. Available for pickup beginning the week of the show Tue-Fri: 9:00am - 5:00pm. Day of show: Varies by individual events-call Box Office located at street level, Southeast end of the stadium. Customer must present actual credit card, order number, and photo ID. Customer cannot pick up orders placed on the same day. No orders accepted Day of an Event. For Circle City Classic Parade, cut-off is 2 weeks prior to Event.
