Where was the meet & greet?
I thought the show itself was excellent! Loved all the bands! Skynyrd was wonderful. But where was our meet & greet? We had a photo taken with Skynyrd, but no meet & greet. Don't promise things that you can't deliver! We paid big money thinking that this was included in our tickets as it was listed separately from the photo opportunity. It didn't happen. Very disappointed! I also was part of the preparty where Skynyrd memorabilia was raffled off. I got the last prize, which I thought was great, only to find out that only three people from the band had signed it. Shouldn't have given something half done as a gift. Thought that was very tacky. Not what I expected for the money.

Great shows. Great venue. Hats off to all the great vendors, security, police, and fire personnel for keeping us all safe while being super cool about it.

The boy's rocked it. Excellent show. They opened up down here in S Florida. The show would have made Ronnie proud.

Fantastic SHows - THey will be Missied
If this is truly the last tour for Lynyrd Skynyrd, was a fantastic way to go. I have seen them many times and always enjoyed the show. For this event on May 4, they played all the old favorites, mixed in Ronnie's vocal in concert with Johnny's and mixed in a few seldom played songs off the old albums. It was a celebration of the band and its origins. They played 2 hrs. Gary did his thing and Rickey was the wild, expressive showman he has always been, and why he remains, at 68, my favorite musician to see. The band was tight, and the show fantastic - power, energy and audience connection. The reconstituted, Rickey-managed Blackfoot was a good show - new people in the lineup since 2016 when they opened for Skynyrd last. Still good, but not quite the band without RIckey in the lead. I had not seen Molly Hatchet since Danny Joe Brown left, and it was good to hear some old tunes. James Johnson, who I did not know, was a pleasant addition. THe warmups got us ready for the power that was Skynyrd's performance. Overall 5 hours of great tunes. Please see this show if they come to your town. I am glad I was there to see it. Might trypt catch it again in another venue.

Skynyrd Nation
Was hard to believe this is the final farewell especially since everyone sounded and looked great. Outlaws and Molly Hatchet opened and sounded fantastic also. This version of Outlaws is heavier rock with a lot of good rockin songs. Alabama native Jamey Johnson performed a wonderful rendition of This Land Is Your Land and has an amazing horn section. Living in Florida, I hope to catch a few more Skynyrd shows, so I didn't say farewell, just until next time...

The rock and roll powerhouse continually tours, and as Van Zant shares, "It's about the legacy of Lynyrd Skynyrd, and what it stands for, what the fans are all about. There's nothing like getting out there playing a great show with Skynyrd and seeing people love this music." Adds Rossington, "We're still standing, Still keeping the music going. We wanted to do the guys who aren't with us any more proud, and keep the name proud, too."
