When is the box office open?
Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 4:30PM (Please note, the box office closes daily from 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM) Saturday/Sunday/ Statutory Holidays - Closed Box office opens 1 hour prior to performance on event days.
What payment types are accepted?
Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Ticketmaster gift cards can be purchased at this location.
What are the will call rules?
Will Call is available one hour prior to performance at the Jubilee Box Office ONLY. Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets. Box Office Location: Located at the right of the main entrance. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.ickets.
What are the parking options at Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium?
Visitors can access the Jubilee Auditorium Car Park from 87 Avenue - access is not available from 114 Street. Surface parking is available on the south side of the auditorium and can be accessed from the west side of the building. Barrier free surface parking is located on the ground floor of the Car Park. Is there accessible seating?
The Jubilee Auditorium is fully wheelchair accessible (with the exception of the 2nd balcony) with ramps available at the main and east entrances. Wheelchairs seating is ticketed and priced according to each separate performance. Please be sure to specifically request a wheelchair space when calling the box office to purchase tickets. The Auditorium does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons. Main Floor (Left Centre, Centre, and Right Centre Sections) Row Y - 2 steps (very shallow steps) Row Z - 1 step (very shallow) Row XX - no steps 1st Balcony (Left Centre and Right Centre Sections) Row K - no steps Row L - 2 steps 2nd Balcony (Left, Left Centre, Centre, Right Centre, Right Sections - however there is no elevator access to this level) Row D - 2 steps Row E - 2 steps
Are children allowed?
Everyone requires a ticket including infants in arms.
