Born Paul Rennee Belobersycky, Paul Brandt began his career as a pediatric nurse while pursuing music on the side, earning his big break as a country artist with his 1996 hit "My Heart Has a History." After his unexpected success, Brandt quit his job in the medical field and followed his dreams as a songwriter, penning new material for his debut album Calm Before the Storm which featured several No. 1 hits and topped the charts in the US and his native Canada. Since then, Brandt has released six more acclaimed albums, won 13 Canadian Country Music Awards, and taken home eight Juno Awards over the course of his decade-spanning career. Not only is he a famed singer, but he's also an avid philanthropist, working with non-profits like World Vision and Samaritan's Purse. Back on the road, Brandt proves he's an all-around entertainer as he performs for enthused ticket buyers on a number of hit-filled dates.
