Resch Center Box Office Hours Monday – Friday 11 am – 5 pm Evenings of events – Until 8 pm Saturday & Sunday – The Resch Center Box Office will be staffed on Saturdays and Sundays only if there is an event or on-sale, on an on-sale the box office will be open at 10:00am. Otherwise, it will be closed. Outlet and internet sales will still be available. Summer hours will start the Saturday of May 30, 2009 until Labor Day, Ticket Star will only be open on a Saturday if the complex has an event or Ticket Star has an on-sale.

What are the will call rules?

If you are planning on picking your tickets up in advance, WILL CALL is located at the box office in the Resch Center. If you are going to pick them up right before the event, WILL CALL is located at the box office at the venue the event is at. If it is Game Day parking, and you are picking up right before the game, WILL CALL is at the entrance of the lot you purchased. WILL CALL will require the person picking the ticket up to have identification proving they are the person who ordered, or a person with the same last name or street address.

What are the parking options at Resch Center?

Parking is located at Lambeau Field. The parking lot can be accessed from Lombardi Avenue or Oneida Street.

Is there accessible seating?

Wheelchair accessible seating throughout the facility. If you or a companion need to sit in a special needs or ADA accessible area, you need to purchase tickets in person or by phone. Special needs tickets are not available online.
