Rick Springfield is still an amazing singer. He can be comical person while singing. The best of all he came off stage taking shifie pictures and shaking hands whoever were near him. I can definitely see him in concert again.

Rick Springfield in Nashville
Rick's concert was the most amazing event I have ever seen. Venue was incredible, not a bad seat in the house. Orchestra was beyond words and Rick, well, let me just tell you. My hands haven't stopped clapping, my feet haven't stopped tapping, my heart hasn't stopped racing and I jump out of my sear for no reason other than to scream. Best concert ever! Please Rick come back and let;s do it all over again.

Rick Springfield -Great Show Uptown Theater Napa
Rick hasn't lost a beat! Great energy and performance. The video wall behind the band also adds to the excitement. Good mix of classic hits and his newer material. Rick's band members are all great musicians. The Uptown Theater itself was a decent venue. The sound was good and loud (like we like it). The staff was a bit over zealous on video recording (which Rick usually promotes) but it did not take away from the overall experience.

Fun return to the 80s!
Rick Springfield gave us a very entertaining show. He was engaged with the audience the entire show and is a good entertainer. Loverboy was loud and sounded great, played all their hits and gave us a great show. The Romantics sounded "ok" and were a bit tired and had lots of sound problems. Their sound tech made at least one appearance on stage during every one of their songs. Not a class move when he grabbed a bunch of cords near the drum set and tossed them across the stage during the performance. Overall, RS and LB carried the night and put on a great show. The Romantics unfortunately in Cincinnati did not deliver. We would have given 5 stars if The Romantics were better.
RICK SPRINGFIELD IN CONCERT:
Rock superstar Rick Springfield has been wooing audiences with his polished voice and leading-man looks ever since his rise to fame in the early '70s. More than four decades later, he looks and sounds as good as ever, treating fans to an unforgettable evening of solo performance and storytelling on his Stripped Down tour. Taking time between each song to relay the touching and humorous stories that inspired them, Springfield has proven that his talents as an entertainer extend well beyond his musical abilities. Whether fans catch him solo or performing with a full band, they can count on plenty of showmanship and charisma as he works his way through nostalgic hits like "Jesse's Girl" and "Don't Talk to Strangers."
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Australian-born Rick Springfield began playing the guitar at age 13, cutting his teeth in several bands in England after his army officer father relocated the family there in 1958. After a stint fronting the British band Zoot in the late '60s, Springfield launched his solo career in 1971 with debut single "Speak to the Sky," a Top 10 hit in his native Australia. After releasing several moderately successful albums in the '70s, Springfield hit his stride in 1981 with Working Class Dog, a massive success propelled by the No. 1 hit "Jesse's Girl." 1982's My Success Hasn't Spoiled Yet fared similarly, landing at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and spawning several more hit singles. A veteran showman with four decades of touring under his belt, Springfield returns to the road once again for a string of highly anticipated tour dates.
