When is the box office open?
Open Monday thru Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm and during all shows. Closed Saturday and Sunday. - all ticket sales are final - exchanges, if available will be subject to additional service fees - there will be a $4.00 Theater Restoration Fee included to the price of each ticket.

parking lots in the area are plentiful, varied pricing some on-street parking with meters Crown Street Garage - located past the theater with entrances on Crown and College Streets Temple Street Garage - two blocks from the theater, accessible from Church Street by turning left onto Crown Street

venue is handicap accessible - elevators are available to all sections on all levels. no special seating for hearing impaired Shubert offers infrared hearing devices at no charge. Please check at the Patron Services desk in the main lobby.
What are the general rules of Shubert Theatre?
No Smoking anywhere in the Theater No Cameras/Recording devices No Bags, Backpacks, or other large items (Strollers, etc...) will be permitted in the Theater The use of pagers and cell phones is Not permitted in the theater. Patrons on emergency call may check their cell phone at the Patron Services Desk in the main lobby and will be notified should they receive a call
Are children allowed?
Everyone entering the Theater must have a ticket, regardless of age. Children under the age of three and babes in arms will not be permitted except when otherwise indicated. age restrictions vary by event children discounts also vary by event
