It was amazing! This was my 13 year olds first big concert, and was also both of ours first time seeing Skillet!! We had a great time and are already planning on heading back to Cedar Rapids.

Skillet always rocks the house
Skillet always puts on a heck of a show and to pair them with For King and Country was spectacular!

Excellent concert in comfortable setting
This venue was smaller than the big stadiums and allowed for a much more comfortable setting with interaction between attendees and with the bands. Skillet and For King & Country were great as always and new band Ledger was an excellent surprise and definitely a band to follow!

Joy Unleashed Tour
I thoroughly enjoyed the Joy Unleased Tour! Both For King and Country and Skillet had great stage presence and interacted well with their audience and fans. The length of the concert seemed to be just right and I loved both sets. The US Cellular Center was a great venue, parking was easy and the concession stands had a good variety of food and drinks.

Only one small complaint
My only complaint would be with the sound. The reverberation was so intense that it was hard to hear the music (cleared out sinus and chest congestion like a dream though!) It vibrated the eardrums to the point that it was hard to hear melody, individual instruments, or the female singers voice at times. If it is possible to bring that down just a bit?

Will be seeing again!
This was easily the best concert I’ve ever been to. Both groups were very crowd engaging. These are the only groups that I want to see again thus far.

Amazing!
GREAT SHOW! What performers! I am not religious at all, but that didnt stop me from enjoying every second of each phenomenal act that took the stage. I would recommend this show to anyone and would definitely see again. The only downfall was the parking situation, difficulty leaving the venue and the poorly marked seating.

American hard rockers SKILLET return to Australia for the first time since 2011!
“It’s been an amazing journey. The fans, the Panheads, mean everything to us. They’re the reason we’re here. They make our shows what they are” (John Cooper, Vocals & Bass)
Epic, expansive and anthemic, SKILLET create the type of rock that simply explodes in a live setting. Rather than merely a show, SKILLET put on an experience for their fans through authentic and energetic performances of their studio work, as well as existential banter with fans touching on everything from the bands faith, to frontman John Cooper’s passion for video games.
“the crowd fed off their interactivity with them as well as Skillet’s lively onstage personalities” (Sight of Sound)
SKILLET lets their music speak the loudest. Selling over 11 million units worldwide, the Wisconsin quartet have received two GRAMMY® Award nominations and won a Billboard Music Award for the platinum-certified Awake.
Now it’s time to witness SKILLET live - this is when they are at their most potent, pure, and powerful!
“Their crowd interactions really draw the whole room in. Their songs and lyrics truly lift up the spirits of the audience and has people leaving the night feeling elevated and cleansed” (Onstage Review)
