When is the box office open?
Box Office hours are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 3PM and on all event days from 2 hours prior to showtime until the headlining act goes on stage.
What payment types are accepted?
The Box Office accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express payments. The venue is a cashless facility and will NOT accept cash or checks.
What are the will call rules?
Available on the day of the show. Customer must have actual credit card, picture ID and order number.
What are the parking options at The Sylvee?
South Livingston Street Garage - across the street. 111 S Livingston St, Madison, WI 53703 $8-$10 event parking. There is also plenty of free street parking in the area surrounding The Sylvee. Some street parking has an unmetered 2 hour limit so pay attention to signs. The Sylvee is also about a 10 minute walk from the nearest parking ramps located around Capitol Square.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats, or in person at The Sylvee Box Office during business hours.
What are the general rules of The Sylvee?
Cell phone cameras are allowed. Professional cameras with a detachable lens are not allowed. Recording devices are not permitted. PROHIBITED ITEMS: Bags or purses over 12 x 6 x 12 inches are not allowed. Coolers, food, cans, pets, lawn furniture, bikes, skateboards, fireworks, weapons and umbrellas are prohibited.
