When is the box office open?

10am to 5pm Monday to Friday. 10-3 Saturday. Closed Sunday, unless there is an event, in which case the box office opens at noon. The Box Office is also open after regular hours for the night of an event in which tickets are sold for only that event.

What payment types are accepted?

Box Office accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. A matching photo ID is required for all credit card transactions.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call is available 2 hours prior to the event. Photo I.D. and credit card of account holder is required to pick up tickets from willcall. If an alternate pickup has been approved the alternate pickup is required to show their valid I.D. as well as the I.D. and credit card of the original account holder. Photo copies of the mentioned will be accepted as long as the name on the ID is legible as well as the last 4 digits of the credit card and the name on the credit card. The box office does not allow lost ticket replacements, please check with local office if in question.

Accessible seating is available at the Center. Availability of locations is dependent upon event seating configuration. For availability and exact locations based on a particular event please contact the Valley View Casino Center formerly the San Diego Sports Arena box office at (619) 224-4171 ext. 322 or by visiting the box office in person. If you are calling, assistance is available for accessible sales Monday - Friday, 11am-4pm. Assisted listening devices are available with a picture ID as a deposit, at the Guest Services Desk located in the outer concourse at Section 4. The devices should be reserved in advance by calling (619) 224-4171 ext. 322. Sign Language Interpreters can be provided by the Center. Requests should be made prior to the first day the event is put on sale to the public or a minimum of 30 days prior to the event date. Every attempt will be made to schedule an interpreter if the request is submitted less than 30 days.
