What are the general rules of AT&T Center?
Cameras/Video Cameras Professional camera equipment with a lens of 50mm or greater, detachable lenses, tripods, and large zoom lens may not be brought in for any AT&T Center event, this also includes Digital Cameras. Small Instamatic Cameras are discouraged, but are permitted as long as they meet the previously mentioned criteria. Some events will prohibit cameras regardless of type. Video equipment may not be brought in unless previously approved by the Promoter. However, these cameras must be checked in and you will be issued a tag at the Guest Services Center at the east gate. Anyone caught videotaping or taking professional photographs of an AT&T Center event will have their film removed by an usher. The cameras will be checked in at Guest Services located at the east entrance and can be picked up at the end of the event. At no time will the AT&T Center, its employees, sponsors or agents be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Doors Open For most AT&T Center sporting events, doors open one hour prior to game time for the general public. For non-franchise events (such as concerts and family shows), doors will usually open one hour prior to the opening act. FANshop The FANshop is located on the Main Concourse Level on the south side of the building and features a variety of Spurs, Rampage and other merchandise. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday from noon to 6:00 PM. Hours of operation may vary on event days. Please call (210) 444-5000 for more information. Smoking Policy The AT&T Center is a smoke-free facility with a limited number of designated smoking areas. Smoking is permitted in the smoking areas at all outdoor terraces and plazas. Smoking is prohibited in any other area of the AT&T Center. Guests who fail to comply with the AT&T Centerâs smoking policy will be asked to cease smoking or to move to a designated smoking area. Those continuing to violate the policy will be ejected from the facility.
