When is the box office open?
WHUD: Day of Event (July 14) ONLY: 12 noon to 4pm. Bayou Day of Event (August 17-18) ONLY: Gates open 11:30am.

For WHUD Summerfest - Cash, credit cards, checks. For Bayou Music Festival - cash only
What are the will call rules?
Customers must present two forms of ID, including a photo and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. For WHUD Summerfest: Pick-up at Park Box office on Day of Show Only. BEGINS AT GATE TIME: 12 NOON. For Bayou Music Festival: Pick-up begins at 11:30am.
What are the parking options at Croton Point Park?
Croton Metro North Station, FREE PARKING w/ shuttle bus service. $5 paid parking at Croton Point Park (Westchester Cty Fee).
Is there accessible seating?
Croton Point Park is handicapped accessible. Handicapped section has been set aside for convenience.
What are the general rules of Croton Point Park?
No coolers, cans, bottles or pets. Blankets & low backed beach chairs permitted. No coupons, groups or discounts apply. Food, soft drinks, water & beer will be sold.
Are children allowed?
For WHUD Summerfest: Children 10 years of age and under are free w/paying adult. All others pay full price. For Bayou Music Festival: Children under 12 years are free.
