What payment types are accepted?
American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Checks are not accepted. Cash is accepted at the box office only. All concession and merchandise stands take credit and debit only. In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, you can exchange cash for a card at our reverse ATM located in the South Concourse near the merch booth. Staff will also be available on site at the Guest Services Booth in the South Concourse and the merch booth in the North Concourse to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
What are the will call rules?
Darien Lake Amphitheater no longer offers tickets to be held at will call as an option during purchase.
What are the parking options at Darien Lake Amphitheater?
The cost of general admission parking is included in the price of your concert ticket. Please show your concert ticket as you enter the Theme Park parking lot (entrance located off Route 77). Parking for guests with disabilities near the main entrance gate is also available for all shows. Follow designated signage upon entering the main parking lot. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking upgrades are available at an additional charge for E-Z Out, Premier, and Front Row Parking. Oversized vehicles, including RVs, buses and limos, should utilize the oversized parking section. Oversized parking requires a paid parking pass that can be purchased as an upgrade.

What are the general rules of Darien Lake Amphitheater?
Items allowed in the venue: Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12" x 6' x 12", OR a small clutch bag (4.5" x 6.5"). Blankets. Food Items - (1) 1-gallon clear bag/person, water - (1) 1-gallon factory sealed bottle/person, bug Spray and Sunscreen - non-aerosol ONLY, umbrellas (36" or shorter; no metal tips), and cameras (non-professional only; no detachable lenses). Items NOT allowed in the venue: Lawn chairs of any kind (lawn chairs are available for rent), coolers of any kind, weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal drugs/substances, glass containers or cans, bags that are not clear or are larger than 12" x 6" x 12", laser pointers, animals (except service animals), fireworks. Are children allowed?
Children age two and under are admitted free into the amusement park and all events. For our patrons with reserved seating to events and small children, one child per lap please.
