Yes, the venue provides stepfree access via the main entrance and a lift to all floors. Are there accessible toilets? There are three accessible bathrooms on the Ground Floor, Basement and Second Floor. The basement and second floor are accessible via the lift. Are performances accessible for individuals with disabilities? The groundlevel seating is accessible and seating is movable Are assistance dogs allowed? We allow Assistance animals for the majority of events. Please get in touch prior to the event if you are planning to bring a service animal with you. Are there BSL Signed Performances? BSL Signed performances are available for some winter season shows (see show details for more information).If you have any special requirements or visual/hearing impairment, please get in touch before your visit at reception@hoxtonhall.co.uk, or let us know when making your booking. What support is there for Visitors with medical requirements? We welcome visitors who need to bring medicines, food or soft drinks to manage a medical condition or medical equipment. What support is there for visually impaired visitors? Assistance is available for blind and visually impaired visitors. Please get in touch before your visit at reception@hoxtonhall.co.uk, or let us know when making your booking. What if I have difficulty queuing? Talk to a member of staff at the auditorium entrance if you have a disability that means you cant queue or you need extra time to take your seat. They can arrange priority entry for you as soon as the doors open
