Enjoyable Evening
Def Leppard killed it. Better than last time I saw them. Really, really good show. Journey was not up to par this evening. Soundman had music way too loud. Missed a few of the hits... plus I had just been rocked by Def Leppard. Would go again, still love them both.

Sound was awful
Def Leppard sounded way better and had a better light show. Journey's sound was just off somehow....

Def Leppard was AWESOME
Def Leppard put on an AWESOME show. They were very into the crowd. The drummer gave a solo that was mind blowing especially since he only has one arm! Would go see them Again!!

Def Leppard /Journey together...what's not to love
Awesome show! The crowd was exhausted after Def Leppard left the stage, so felt bad for Journey and their super show. Can't wait for them to come back(hopefully together again).

Journey's audio mix was bad - Def Leppard rocked
The Def Leppard / Journey concert at Verizon Arena was a mixed bag. Def Leppard was fantastic. Their music and vocals sounded great and the members of Def Leppard really did a great job of interacting with the crowd and sounding appreciative of the fans who were there. Journey, however, was a bit different. It was awesome to hear their classic songs, but their music mix was way off and too loud. Almost sounded distorted. Regarding their connection with the crowd, they mailed it in. You could tell it was just another night on the road for them.

High energy show!!
We truly enjoyed the concert the mix of Journey songs played everything was awesome but we have to say the sound was muffled that needed to be tweaked some and it reverberated a lot so aside from the sound at times it felt like it was still set up for Def Leppard

Def Leppard was amazing!! They put on a great show! They sounded great! I was not impressed with Journey as much. I am a Journey fan but the sound was terrible. Honestly I would rather see Journey open for Def Leppard than the other way around.

Def Leppard/Journey
Worst concert I’ve ever been to. In 30 years!! Sound was so bad I wonder if they did a sound check. Base was turned up so loud the distortion was so bad you couldn’t hear the singers for either concert. Biggest waste of money and time.

Journey did not do an encore
Def Lepard Rocked the House I really love both bands but I was really disappointed when Journey didn’t do an encore that’s the first time ever that a headliner didn’t do an encore
Journey in Concert
As the original legends of arena rock, few bands in existence put on a show quite like Journey. Anchored by singer Arnel Pineda's thrilling vocals and Neal Schon's unstoppable guitars, the band continues to show fans, both old and new, exactly how it's done as they tear through marathon sets of classics like "Don't Stop Believin'" and "Open Arms." After a short break from their relentless tour schedule, they're primed to blow minds again in 2014, pairing up with Steve Miller Band for select dates that are sure to be the stuff of classic rock legend for years to come.
Journey Background
San Francisco-born Journey is the quintessential arena rock band. Assembled in 1973 from the ashes of Santana and Frumious Bandersnatch, the band has since gone through a number of line-up changes — only stalwart guitarist Neal Schon has been with every incarnation. Despite a rotating roster, the band has sold 47 million albums in the US, and is consistently named one of the ten best American rock bands in history. While the '70s and '80s provided them with the most commercial success, their current manifestation with Filipino singer Arnel Pineda has given them truly global breadth.

"Great show for any age! We went with a group age range 18-43 and had a blast! Who doesn't love Journey!? Really cool show! Lost my voice singing along to every song!"
"This was an amazing two-hour boogie with Journey at their best! Lead guitarist Neal Schon's tenacity on the guitar was incredible!"
