Thomas Rhett was unforgettable!
The 3 performers before Kenny Chensey were Great! But Kenny Chensey was not worth it. His band was over bearing and you could hardly hear him. We were disappointed.

Kenny was amazing but the sound was horrible! We were in the 3rd level and could not make out the words or songs being sung. I don't know if it was the open roof or what but the sound was muffled and not understandable. Also, the screens were not positioned well and you could not see them from where we were sitting. The tv screen over across from the Hawks Nest should have been used for better viewing ability.

This was a really great concert. We missed Brandon Lay, but saw Old Dominion, Thomas Rhett and Kenny Chesney. Thomas Rhett was the family favorite. We would see him again in a heartbeat. I have wanted to see Kenny Chesney perform for years, and he didn't disappoint. It was a great mix of old and new songs. It was a lot of fun to see David Lee Murphy perform too. Great bonus! Century Link field is a great place. Parking was expensive and challenging, and we didn't even try the parking garage. The food was good, but very overpriced compared to food outside of the stadium.

kenny chesney VIP experience
My daughter and I got to Century Link around 12:45 to get in line. We sat in line until 2:00 (we were supposed to get in at 2:00). We were let in around 2:15. We then had to sit inside Century Link from 2:15 to 3:30. We were not provided any food or drink. A cart came around with water, beer and wine FOR SALE. Are you kidding me? We paid a butt load of money for these VIP tickets and we didn't even get any food or even a water. Also, it would have been nice if the vendors that were selling the t-shirts and hats etc, would have been inside for us to be able to buy merchandise. We then got in the venue around 3:35 ish and secured our spot at the front and then went to get food. No food places were open it was ridiculous! I won't ever buy VIP tickets again and will tell everyone to NOT do it.

Good and Bad
I was disappointed with Kenny Chesney. His band completely overshadowed his voice. He was energetic and really looked like he was enjoying himself, but when you can't hear the singer, it makes for a very disappointing concert. Old Dominion was fantastic. I am now a fan!

Kenny is Amazing!
Kenny never disappoints! He brings quality people on the road with him to open the show (often headliners themselves) and then when he steps on stage magic happens. I highly recommend his concerts.

I want more Kenny Chesney!!
The concert was an amazing experience. Going to a Kenny Chesney concert was a bucket list item for me. My only bucket list item actually. Took about four years to get there. Certainly not for lack of trying. I know have a new bucket list item and that is Kenny Chesney on a beach!!!! We had a blast. Love love his music. Touches me to the core of my being. I am pretty sure I was in the top ten most enthusiastic fans there. Only thing I would do different is be in the sand pit. We were only six rows back from the sandpit however it was along ways away.

Kenny Chesney concert sound and crowd problems
Kenny was amazing, but the sound quality did not measure up to past concerts. The music was very loud and it was sometimes difficult to hear his voice. Also a lot of drunken people in the crowd. Two groups near us were removed by security

Kenny was fantastic!
We had a great time at the Kenny Chesney concert in Seattle this past weekend, his openers were good as well (Brandon Lay/Old Dominion/Thomas Rhett) and couldn't have asked for a better venue (Clink Field, home of the Seattle Seahawks). We had seats straight on facing the stage, at the opposite end of the field from the stage, so pretty far back, but thought maybe the best view for not being standing room only or on the floor. It was a little frustrating with how the speakers/sound booth was set up as it was dead center to our section, blocking the view of a lot of our surrounding guests. Thankfully many were offered seat upgrades, but there weren't enough to go around for everyone. Would've been nice to have secluded selling tickets to the areas that would end up being blocked ahead of time, planning as best they could. This is a repeat show in the Clink Stadium, so they know how they've set up before, couldn't be too hard to figure out. Artists were fantastic, would go again, just pick different seats, for sure!
There’s a reason Kenny Chesney is the only country act in the Top 10 of Billboard’s Top Touring Acts of the Last 25 Years - in spite of the fact he’s only been a headliner for a dozen years: the singer/songwriter from Luttrell, Tennessee has an insatiable need to take the stage, make sure his fans have the night of their summer -- and he does it with songs that are mirrors to their lives. High-energy, big fun and good times mark his two hour-plus performances, as 'well as the 25-and-counting #1s that include “When The Sun Goes Down,” “Somewhere With You”, “Young”, “There Goes My Life”, “Out Last Night”, “I Go Back”, “Keg In The Closet”, ”Anything But Mine” and “Beer In Mexico.”
An 8-time Entertainer of the Year, the man deemed “The King of the Road” by The Wall Street Journal and “The People’s Superstar” by The Los Angeles Times believes that if you can move people - especially people at the very back of a stadium -- then you’ve brought everything you have to give. But what drives Chesney isn’t the rush of performing so much as the passion with which people respond to the music.
You can throw it out there pretty hard, and my fans will always throw it back harder, Chesney marvels. They come to live these songs, to feel’em, to touch’em, to experience them together... and when that energy hits the stage, the way those people - whether it’s 50,000 in a stadium or a few hundred in a bar love this music, it pushes me that much harder.
It pushes him hard enough that he devoted 2014 to making The Big Revival, his 13th #1 Billboard Country Albums debut. With the Platinum certified multiple week #1 “American Kids” and it’s follow-up “Til Its Gone” hitting the charts at #18 with a bullet on add date, Chesney’s music has once again struck a nerve with the No Shoes Nation.
Again, pushing the boundaries of what modern country can do - three rhythm patterns, double hooks, stark Appalachia with Alison Krauss and Dan Tymynski, hard rock, a woman-empowering ballad with Grace Potter, Chesney’s roots are in tradition, but his heart is on how far he can take the music. With The Big Revival Tour gearing up, it will take that no-holds-barred approach and bring it to the fans without limit.
