When is the box office open?
For Live Nation Concerts: The box office will open 30 minutes before the door time listed on the ticket. There is one entrance to the site. It is located opposite the Stanley Park Pavilion. This entry is open to all patrons - those with Mobile tickets and those purchasing tickets from the box office. The gate can be accessed from the main bicycle and walking paths located just off Pipeline Road. Please note that there will be restricted parking at the Pavilion area on the day of show. However, parking will be available throughout the park.
What payment types are accepted?
The Box office accepts all major credit cards such as AMEX, MC and VISA, cash & debit for Malkin Bowl
What are the will call rules?
Live Nation Concerts: Events are Mobile ticket delivery only. Advanced ticket purchases cannot be picked up on the night of the show. Mobile tickets can be managed from your desktop computer or mobile device at the time of purchase. For a step by step guide on using mobile entry please visit: help.ticketmaster.ca/s/article/MobileEntry Tickets are non-refundable. Performance will continue rain or shine.
What are the parking options at Malkin Bowl?
Parking in Stanley Park is limited. We encourage you to use transit, car pool, walk or cycle to the venue. The parking lots are operated on a 'first come, first serve' basis, no reservations. All lots are pay parking operated by the Vancouver Parks Board. (Rates are Seasonal)
Is there accessible seating?
For Live Nation Concerts: Events are general admission standing with a hill on one side of the venue. There will be a raised platform in the venue for accessible seating plus companion. These tickets are available for purchase for each event at Ticketmaster.ca. Please speak to the door hosts on arrival for directions to the raised area.
What are the general rules of Malkin Bowl?
For Live Nation Concerts: The following items are not permitted on site: Bottles | Cans | Alcohol | Professional Camera (defined as a camera with a detachable lens) | Video/Audio Recording Equipment (including tripods, Go Pros, selfie sticks, monopods) | Umbrellas of any kind | Lawn Chairs of any design | Coolers | Banners | Frisbees | Pets (except service dogs) | Tents | Knives | Weapons | Glass | Laser Pointers | Skateboards | Hula Hoops | Musical Instruments | Outside Food and Beverages will not be permitted, with the exception of 1 sealed, unopened bottle of water permitted per customer. There is no smoking in Stanley Park, including Malkin Bowl. Re-entry is prohibited.
Are children allowed?
For Live Nation Concerts: Children Rules: (Please note: Child Policy may vary for different events). Any questions, please refer to the contact section. For Live Nation Concerts: Children aged 10 and under will be admitted for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Ear protection is strongly recommended.
