New York's indie heart. Meyru writes impassioned, guitar-driven songs anchored by melodic hooks and deeply personal lyrics. After self-recording their debut album, Good to See You, the band supported its release with a series of sold-out shows all over New York City, San Francisco, Atlanta, DC, and Charlotte. The album’s single She found breakaway success on streaming platforms, allowing Meyru to reach a truly global fanbase.

Eager to get back in the studio after over two years of touring and writing, the band teamed up with Brookly based producer Cal Maro and Sam Skinner (Pinegrove, Forth Wanderes, Pose) to bring their vision for Meyru’s next chapter to life. In contrast to their first record, Meyru and Skinner chose to record each song entirely live with the intention of bringing out the true energy felt in their live shows. Meyru will be performing their new work throughout 2021 and is set to release later in the year.
