Billy Joel Hits
Michael Cavanaugh channeled Billy Joel as if he was a clone! His showmanship and command of the songs were phenomenal. He also sang two songs by Elton John and one of his own compositions and all were great additions to the concert. The orchestra played two of Joel's classical compositions and sounded terrific throughout the entire concert. The only issue with the venue is the sound from the speakers remains unbalanced. This has been a chronic problem with the open air space enclosed by buildings.

An Entertaining Evening
Picnic with the pops is always enjoyable. Mike had a wide range of Billy Joel songs plus some extra crowd pleasers. Enjoyed the evening.

Ok but lacking
It was a beautiful night and he has a great voice, BUT for being titled Billy Joel there wasn't nearly enough. Although many Billy songs were played including some orchestral ones, there was too much other stuff mixed in: Elton John, Jerry Lee Lewis, and other classics. I like all those artists and songs, but I came for Billy Joel and frankly there wasn't nearly enough. It turned into a more of a let's see if we can get the older members in the audience excited. I wouldn't recommend it.

Billy Joel would be proud of Michael Cavanaugh
Wildly entertaining. Great enthusiasm. Wonderful singing, excellent piano playing as well as other instruments. Shout out to his sax player too.
