Bull riding
Announcer spent most the night yelling into the mike so nearly impossible to understand him. Could not even hear competitors names. Introduced some little kid at beginning and we had no idea why. Also the memorial for a biker - again no explanation as to why or who he was. Found out later these competitors were low-tier riders which explains why very few made it to 8 seconds. Also, where was time clock? Buzzer only went off part of the time so we had no way of knowing whether some riders made the ride. Also judge's scoring seemed unfair, at one point the audience booing the score.

PBR at PV Event Center
Love PBR. Maybe not st this venue. Could not understand one thing the announcer said the whole night. Terrible acoustics. No timer for the rides? No names or rider info on the screens and again no timer on the screens. Seats were good and blind spot was covered by showing on the screen. Lots of good food choices and good beer and alcohol choices.

Mile High PBR 042818
My wife and I have followed the PBR since it formed 25 years ago. We attended events on many occasions and enjoyed the experiences. This event was the first that I had attended since my wife passed last year. I attended by myself this time. I still enjoy watching the bull riding for the honest competition between cowboy and bull. This time, though, was not as much fun as in the past. The announcer had his volume cranked up too high, which made it difficult to understand what he was saying. I think, in the future, I will watch the events on television, where I can control the volume, pause the action to allow for a trip to the refrigerator or bathroom. And I can watch from a comfortable chair - not a folding chair.
