The Box Office is located in the foyer to the left of the main entrance doors.
When is the box office open?
The box office is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (excluding Public Holidays). However if an event is scheduled outside these hours the box office will open 2 hours prior to showtime.
What payment types are accepted?
Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa, Cheques (clearance of 5 working days is required)
What are the parking options at MyState Bank Arena?
Parking is available at the Centre at a cost of $2.00, there are approx 1400 spaces. Free parking is available at the Centre for customers purchasing tickets between the hours of 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Are children allowed?
Unless stipulated by the promoter, children 2 and under are admitted free to events at the Derwent Entertainment Centre if nursed on a paying adults lap. Please note that for the season of The Wiggles, children under 12 months will be admitted free. Every other patron attending the Wiggles must hold a valid ticket.
