The pressure is on from the start of every NCAA tournament, and it only builds with each passing round. Sixty-eight teams tip off at the start, and by the second weekend only 16 teams will remain - the Sweet 16. The NCAA Sweet 16 teams then play regional semifinals for a chance to move onto the regional finals (and become part of the Elite Eight®) later in the weekend.
