Must see for any Newsboys fan!
Concert was unbelievable. Our seats were right next to the catwalk and could not have been better. We loved it so much we’re going to see another show in TX when they tour this summer!

Stellar Night
The Newsboys never disappoint when it comes to energy, praise to our Lord God, and true warmth towards the audience. My husband have enjoyed seeing the Newsboys in concert twice before here in Texas over the past couple of years and bringing back 2 of the original members of the band was a super special treat! Too bad the sound quality lacked luster as well as several miscues in the video production. For this being the last weekend of the show you'd think those items might have been ironed out. Perhaps it was a new person unfamiliar with the show running the board? Not sure. It was a shame as it didn't do the band justice.

Newsboys United was incredible!!!!!
Had trouble with the venue. Wouldn't allow purses in, but you didn't know it until you were already in line. We tried to leave a few minutes early, but they wouldn't let us go out the ramp we came into for our seats, so we had to wait until it was over, because that was the only exit unless we wanted to climb over rows of people. What was lacking at the venue, Newsboys made up for in their performance and their sincerity to worship our God.

Very good, but...
I love the Newsboys and have been to several of their concerts. This concert was great, but the music was just too loud compared to the singing. A lot of the words were drowned out. My ears were ringing terribly after we left. Their other concerts were not that way. The Allen Event Center is nice. Food was extremely expensive compared to other venues, so next event we will eat before we go for sure. Oh, and the food was not that great. All in all, I am very happy with my experience.

Absolutely Amazing!
I was so impressed with these guys! Great music! Mission work! Gospel sharing! Great job! And, of course, THEY ROCK!
Newsboys have released 17 albums over the last 18 years, six of which have gone certified gold. Their 2011 release entitled God's Not Dead produced two number one singles on the Christian CHR charts; "God's Not Dead (Like A Lion)" and "Your Love Never Fails." Newsboys fans order their tickets far in advance, anticipating the live concert experience the band is famous for. Audience participation ensues in the way of roaring sing-alongs and massive back and forth sway-alongs that are described as "powerful," "uplifting" and "affirming." The band tours extensively in an effort to reach out to all of their fans. After the September 2013 release of their latest album Restart, the band hit the road on a trip through 31 North American cities.
The band was founded in 1985 and fronted by John James until 1996, when Peter Fuhrler took over as singer until 2009. Michael Tait, the former singer of dc Talk is currently holding down vocal duties in what many are calling the band's most powerful lineup yet. Newsboys were first recognized by the Christian Rock world when they released their fourth studio album Not Ashamed. Their fifth album, Going Public won Dove award for Rock Album of the Year while the standout single "Shine" won a Dove Award for Rock Recorded Song of the Year. Their highest charting release came along in 2010, when their album Born Again debuted at number four on the Billboard Top 200. The band shows no signs of slowing down on their quest to spread their message, with a tour of over 58 cities set for 2014.
