NICO & VINZ IN CONCERT:

Rising Norwegian pop duo Nico & Vinz took music charts around the world by storm in 2014 with their catchy afrobeat-inspired hit "Am I Wrong". The song's soaring vocals, bright percussion, and shimmering guitar riffs made the song a summer playlist staple, and the pair's energetic live performances on tour perfectly capture it's upbeat vibe. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Oslo-based singer-songwriters Nico Sereba and Vincent Dery got their start as a pop duo in 2009 under the name Envy. They made their performance debut in 2011 as part of the Emergenza Festival competition and tour, taking home first prize after captivating fans around the world with their unique afropop sound and energetic live performances. They scored their first Top 20 hit in Norway in 2010 with "One Song", the lead single from their full-length debut album The Magic Soup and the Bittersweet Faces. The album was a moderate success, but its performance paled in comparison to their 2013 follow-up single "Am I Wrong", a smash hit that landed at No. 2 in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden. To avoid confusion with similarly named bands, Envy redubbed themselves Nico & Vinz for a 2014 international re-release of the single that topped the pop charts in the US. A fresh new presence in pop music, Nico & Vinz have fans eagerly awaiting a sophomore album and upcoming tour dates.
