Parking is located in both the front (west) and the back (east) of the Cold Lake Energy Centre. Parking at the venue is free.

Persons may be subject to a search upon entry to the venue, this may also include small bags and purses. *This policy has been put in place for the safety and security of all concert going patrons* Prohibited items include but are not limited to: Outside food or drink, carry bags or backpacks, bottles or cans, containers, illegal substances, incendiary devices, weapons of any type, laser pointers, audio or video recorders, cameras, pets other than service animals, or items in which the contents cannot be inspected or displayed. For the majority of events, guests are NOT permitted to photograph or record an event using video, audio recording, or still cameras of any kind. The use of flash photography and professional equipment (cameras with detachable lenses in excess of 75mm) is strictly prohibited by promoters/production companies. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest who possesses such equipment.
