Love the hometown baseball game atmosphere. Great family nite out. Awesome fireworks. Hot dogs and fries were tasty.

What Are You Thinking?
Wow, where to start!
Parking: the powers that be know how many parking passes that have been sold for a game. How can the parking be full before the game has started? We had to use Valet Parking.
Once in the stadium, a bright spot is the TriTip Cart. Great Food, good service. As opposed to the standard food service vendors -- how can it be acceptable to spend 21/2 innings to purchase 1 large soft drink? In that same vein, we are essentially at the All Star break (or mid-term) The staff has no idea how to use the food vouchers! Why isn't that essentially the same as money, credit card...
Now to the actual game; What happened to the team? Are you simply unable to secure players who can compete at the league level? We have seen 6 games at the stadium, only once was the score even close. It is hard to believe we were once conference champs for multiple years.
I see your staff is going through the motions of engaging with the public, however, just putting in the bare minimum isn't working. I have been with the River Cats since the first game. The ushers are all but non-existent -- when they are visible, they are clumped together visiting. Dinger was known to be available to everyone -- now he shows-up for the between innings antics. Is this coming from the top down or does management even walk through the park with a game in session?
Except for July 03rd the attendance has been gone. How are you going to keep this team, with the above issues --- because I was here when Tuesday's attendance was the norm.

River Cats VS Tacoma
Typical River Cats game. We've been going for years, the food is not what it used to be. Garlic fried were honestly some of the worst we've ever had. Lines we so long for anything. Fireworks show was meh as well.

Rivercats 3rd of July
Parking was not easy to do. Traffic control is slow to poor. The food choices were very average. The lines were very long!

Fun Local Event!
We have been attending games since the start of the River Cats. Almost everything is been kept up to par over the last 18 years.
Unfortunately, we have been very disappointed since they changed from the A's Affiliate to the Giant's Affiliate. We no longer have the time to do the series or mini-series package, so we tend to buy about 6 games a season, and in the last 3 years, only one game has this 'River Cats' won.
We were used to having the winning team. We do not see as much 'efforts' made by this group of players. We are not seeing the 'great plays' of our past years. It needs to be 'Interesting' again. We need to see the hustle!
