The UofA Athletics Ticket Office (Phone Sales) regular business hours are: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00PM. In person purchases can be made at the Customer Service Centre (1-213 Van Vliet Complex, University of Alberta Campus) during business hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Venue Box Office is open (1) hour before game time and open until: (Volleyball) start of the 3rd set of the second game; (Basketball) start of the 4th quarter.

What are the will call rules?
Advance ticket purchases can be picked up at the Customer Service Centre-Sales Office during regular hours or prior to games. At Foote Field and Saville it can also be picked up in the main ticket booths prior to games. Customers must present a photo ID and/or the Credit Card used to purchase tickets.
What are the parking options at Saville Community Sports Centre?
Fans attending Saville events may park in any open lot on the University of Alberta south campus. Any locations not available will be clearly marked. Parking exists immediately adjacent and surrounding to the Saville Centre. UAlberta has daily and hourly parking options for visitors to campus. UAlberta provides designated handicap parking on site and elevator access from our car parks. There are over 6 parking lots on the South Campus area that are within a 10 minute walk from Saville Community Sports Centre.

What are the general rules of Saville Community Sports Centre?
No smoking or vaping is allowed at Saville Community Sports Centre. No air horns are permitted in the venue. No outside liquor is allowed. Ticket exchanges and refunds are not permitted. BAG POLICY: Small bags and purses are permitted inside the Saville Community Sports Centre Compeition Gym for events. All bags are subject to search.
Are children allowed?
Children five and under do not require a ticket. This is subject to change on an event by event basis.
