What are the general rules of Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Event Center?
* ITEMS -NOT- ALLOWED IN FACILITY : no backpacks no large bags no large purses no stroller no alcohol no food no beverages no coolers no pets no cameras no recording equipment no laser pointers no weapons no drugs no chains/spikes no umbrellas no selfie sticks no e-cigarettes *NOTE: Grills or Fireworks may NOT be brought into the parking lots. For safety of all guests, concert goers may be subject to search. Please arrive early to avoid lines. * ITEMS ALLOWED : small bags and purses * SMOKING POLICY : Smoking is NOT allowed in the venue. Refund Policy for Cancelled Shows: Tickets for all canceled shows will be refunded at point of purchase. If the tickets were purchased online through Ticketmaster, this will be done automatically by Ticketmaster and no action is required. If the tickets were purchased at the Hard Rock Event Center Box Office, you can receive your refund by visiting the Box Office or Rock Shop during normal business hours. You must have your ticket and original credit card used to purchase your ticket when requesting a refund. Refund Policy for Postponed Shows: For events that have been postponed, the original tickets will automatically be valid for the new date. Once announced, if you cannot attend the new date, the ticket purchaser has 30 days to request a refund. The sale will be considered final 30 days after the announcement. The same refund process for canceled shows noted above should be followed within the refund window. Ticketmaster will not automatically process a refund for a postponed show. You must contact Ticketmaster directly within the 30 day window after announcement. Please note: Questions regarding tickets purchased anywhere other than Ticketmaster, the Box Office or Rock Shop should be directed to the company/marketplace where you purchased the tickets.
