Bring Photo ID, Credit Card, and Ticketmaster confirmation number. Note: The credit card holder must be present for ticket pick up. Will Call will be available to pick up at the event once doors open. To avoid long lines please arrive early if you are picking up Will Call Tickets OR use the free eTicket (Print-At -Home) option.

Is there accessible seating?
Accessible Seating is available for one (1) accessible seat and one (1) companion seat only. Any other arrangements must be made through the Box Office. Accessible entrance located on East Columbus Ave. side of Symphony Hall.
What are the general rules of Springfield Symphony Hall?

Are children allowed?
Children ages 3 and older require a full-price ticket for entry. Any child younger than the age of 3 may enter without a ticket, but must remain on the lap of the ticket holder, unless otherwise noted on the event. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Age Restrictions may apply to certain events.
