Hilarious and very entertaining show!
Steve Martin & Martin Short did not disappoint! I was laughing from beginning to end. These 2 legends had a great mix of material from their historic past and new and relevant material. I would definitely recommend this show to everyone.

What a great evening
I’m so happy to have seen these guys and their mastery of making people laugh, the way they played off of each other was effortless! The piano player and band were fantastic plus it was fun to see them involved in the comedy with Steve and Marty. Definitely go see this show, I’d see it again if I could!

STEVE MARTIN AND MARTIN SHORT
THERE WERE 3 OF US AND WE HAD SECOND ROW SEATS AND WE COULD SEE EVERYONE ON STAGE VERY WELL. THOSE SEATS WERE WELL WORTH IT. THE SHOW WAS GREAT! ALL THREE OF US THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE SHOW AND IT KEPT OUR ATTENTION THE WHOLE TIME. THE STEEP CANYON RANGERS WERE WONDERFUL. VERY ENJOYABLE MUSIC. STEVE MARTIN AND MARTIN SHORT MAKE A GREAT COMEDY TEAM . WE WOULD GO SEE THEM AGAIN, NEXT YEAR IF THEY COME OUT, BUT WE WOULD WANT UP FRONT SEATS AGAIN.

Fabulous!!
Wow!! If you are a fan of these two guys, you will love this show. They are amazing. Rather than an opening comic, they showed clips of earlier performances and some childhood pictures which was so much fun! I’m partial to Steve he is so talented and I never get tired of seeing his routines. Something rather amazing I realized. I lived by Disneyland and went there a lot when I was a teenager, and there was a really cute guy that worked in the magic shop. I didn’t realize it was Steve until I saw a pic of him as a teen. No wonder he made an impression on me—he has always been amazing!!

Steve Martin & Martin Short -Fabulous!
Spouse and I loved the show! We are in our mid-sixties and I still remember the first time I saw Steve Martin and couldn't stop laughing (he had the arrow through his head). First time I saw Martin Short was as the wedding consultant in Father of the Bride - equally memorable. This show included snippets from the past which the audience loved, and a lot of new material. The two comedians did quite a bit of ranking each other which I didn't think was really very funny, but the rest of the skits and humor quite made up for it. Icing on the cake for me was hearing Steve play the banjo with his band, and the piece the band did on their own. My criteria for a great show is (1) I don't fall asleep (come on, it's night and the lights are low), and (1) I don't want the show to end. This show hit both marks! The Paramount had great sound and a big screen over the stage where you could see up close what was taking place on stage. I remember going to the Paramount to see The Graduate back in the day. It's a beautiful theater.

Really great show!
I was already a big fan, but I still learned that Steve & Martin have plenty of surprises! Huge range of talents displayed. I liked that the show was not particularly political.

Martin & Short. Wow!!
Absolutely amazing. Exceeded our expectations, which were very high. We laughed "til we cried. Not to mention some of the best Bluegrass we've heard.
Steve Martin & Martin Short on Tour
As two titans of comedy, Steve Martin and Martin Short have conquered film, television, and the stage in the course of their long, dazzling careers. But the live shows that grew out of both their friendship and their undeniable comedic chemistry create something special enough to stand out even among the many achievements of these two show-biz veterans.
In 2015, they worked up a show that combined both of their quirky gifts and started taking it around the country. Even more people got a share of the laughs when one show was filmed for the 2018 Netflix special An Evening You'll Forget for the Rest of Your Life, where Short and Martin joke, jab, and jibe with each other and inject a little music into the mix as well. Martin showed off his Grammy-winning banjo prowess and Short displayed his Tony-winning vocal chops.
Later that year, the pair announced a new tour: Now You See Them, Soon You Won't. It presented an evening of all-new material and reunited them with Steve's Grammy-winning bluegrass compatriots — the Steep Canyon Rangers — for a couple of hot-picking musical moments in the bargain.
Steve Martin & Martin Short Background
Steve Martin debuted his offbeat brand of stand-up comedy in the 1960s, when he first reached a wide audience via the TV shows of the Smothers Brothers and Sonny & Cher. His appearances on Saturday Night Live in the mid '70s helped him become one of the most successful stand-up comedians on the planet. His idiosyncratic, often absurdist style translated to sold-out arena shows and platinum albums.
In short order he became a film star, with movies like The Jerk and Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid. It was on the 1986 film Three Amigos that he first worked with Martin Short, who had become famous for his outrageous characters and sketch comedy mastery on SCTV and SNL earlier in the '80s.
Short went on to plenty of big films himself, and the two teamed up again in 1991's Father of the Bride as well as its 1995 sequel. Short became a Broadway star in the '90s with shows like The Goodbye Girl and Little Me, and he inhabited the classic character Jiminy Glick in the '00s for his Comedy Central series Primetime Glick. But for all the many accomplishments lining both their legacies, when Martin and Short come together for their live performances, they create an utterly unique comedic force.
