Great show for kids and adults!

I was worried my 12 year old don would complain the whole time. I ‘dragged’ him there but turned out there was some great comedy throughout the show which he really liked. We all enjoyed the showed and laughed out loud all through the night.

STOMP is Fun!

STOMP is a wonderful musical show with deep roots in experimental and street theater. The set is designed to look like an alley or urban backstreet. The music is entirely percussive with no traditional instruments, no dialog, or singing. Performers use their bodies and seemingly random items (trashcans, brooms newspapers, matches, buckets, and such) to create noises that they blend into a symphony of sounds. Thus the magic of STOMP is that it can be understood by anyone in any language. There is a story of sorts that involves an amusing rivalry between the cast's leader and a (supposed) novice member of the troupe who proves his percussive abilities over the course of the show. But the main draw is simply astounding percussive music. STOMP has been around for decades and has been revised numerous times, so if you saw it in New York or London 20 years ago, it’s substantially different now, but no less magical. I recommend it completely!

Took our son and his family. Their first time to see Stomp. They had a great time.

AMAZING, MUST SEE!!!

the beauty of music and sound is crazy amazing with their creativity in use of different items as instruments. The show had no real story line, and there were zero words spoken but it was hilarious! would highly recommend. The kids that attended the show were a bit disruptive so I do not suggest you take children.

Great, family friendly show

My husband wanted to see this, and I had never heard of Stomp, so I didn't know what to expect. Saw the matinee showing on a Sunday afternoon at the Pantages in LA. Lots of families there with kids. Overall, it was a very interesting and enticing show. There were also a lot of parts where the audience laughed, even though the cast never spoke a word. 1 hour 45 min (no intermission) and they did between 8-10 different sets. Amazing what they can make music out of (a whole set was music from crumpling news papers). Overall, it's a great family show that everyone will enjoy.

Kid friendly up beat shoe

It was a good up beat show. The kids loved it. I wished it was a little longer . Typical shows are about 2 1/2 hours with a short intermission. This one is about 1 hour and 45 mins with no intermission.

Great for the whole family!

Stomp was entertaining for everyone. The group is extremely talented, entertaining, and the show was mesmerizing. After an hour though, it got a little redundant, and could use a little change. But, overall entertaining and worth the ticket price.

STOMP is fantastic

great, high-energy percussion and rhythmic dance performance using everyday items f (trash cans, brooms, barrels, sinks, etc.). Super fun, funny and high energy show. Very enjoyable for the whole family!
