What are the will call rules?
Located at all Box Office window Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID. Only the owner of the credit card may pick up the tickets. Note that some orders cannot be picked up until the night of the show. Paperless tickets do not need to be picked up in advance, simply proceed to the gate if you have paperless tickets (see General Rules).
What are the parking options at The Metropolitan Entertainment Centre?
Parking is available at a wide variety of surface lots and parkades in the area, generally priced between $7 and $15 per car.
Is there accessible seating?
Accessible seating is available in our Main Theatre area. The best drop off point for wheelchairs is the loading zone at the main entrance on Donald Street south between Portage and Graham.
What are the general rules of The Metropolitan Entertainment Centre?
No professional cameras are allowed. No outside food or drink is allowed in the building. All patrons are subject to a search if required before entering. Paperless tickets require the purchaser to bring the actual credit card used and all members of the group in order to enter. There are access restrictions on balcony access based on your section and seat. Customers with main theatre tickets are not allowed to access the balcony, and customers with balcony tickets do not have access to the main theatre.
Are children allowed?
Each event has specific rules; some events may require all patrons to have a ticket and others may allow free admission for 24 months and under. Some events may be sold as 18+ only and minors will not be permitted in the venue. Please contact Ticketmaster for details regarding any specific event.
