U2 was an experience
This is the first time that I got to see U2. It was more than a concert. Nothing like I’ve ever seen before. Loved the band for over 30 years and they did not disappoint!

U2...still amazing!
This was the 31st time I have seen them (been seeing them since the early 80’s) and while the price of tickets is significantly more than the $25 I paid the first time I saw them it is still worth every penny! These guys still enjoy being on stage and always make you feel like they’re playing a small club and not a big arena. The music is great and with a catalog spanning 40 years they obviously can’t play all your favorites but you won’t mind! As long as they keep playing I will keep going to see them.

U2 - freaking awesome show.. must see
I only wish I saw them sooner, been a fan for a long time. U2 tickets have a pricey tag, but would see them again anytime.

U2 is iconic
U2 is an iconic band that everyone should have the pleasure of seeing before they retire.Their talent and skill level is second to none. My only complaint (and it is minor) is the setlist. I want the hits! I want the earth shaking rocked out versions of the hits. Every time the crowd was ready to go crazy, U2 slowed it down. No matter what I love the music, but I also wanted to love the adrenaline of a pumped up concert.

Joshua Tree Tour was better
We went to Joshua Tree last year and to 2 of the I@E shows this year... Joshua Tree was the perfect balance of tech and talent. Innocence & Ex ...the technology definitely took away from enjoying our favorite band... so distracting. It was too much. Would wish for them to go back to the balance they had at Joshua Tree.

U2 @ Mohegan(CT)
That show was great. The venue is even better. Only seats around 10,000 so you are very close no matter where you sit. Disappointed in the encore. Too low key should've pumped up the crowd a bit

Small Venue, GREAT SHOW!!
From the moment, we got our seats, to the moment, the production of the show, began and BONO stepped up and the band...it was a Rockin' Concert and a Great Band. U2, always, gives their best, by message, song & production. We loved it, all. SO GLAD, I was able, to get seats, FINALLY!

They don’t miss a beat.
Bono’s voice hasn’t changed, the edge is still a badass on the guitar. -These Irish men still rock.

Great concert!
First time seeing U2 and was excited to see them in such a small venue (about 5000 seat arena vs stadiums).... music was great as as you’d expect from u2, the “show” was just as good. Did not have their new album and about a third of their playlist came from that album but it didn’t take away from the show at all. Highly recommend seeing u2 at least once in your lifetime. Not a big concert goer myself but well worth it- albeit pretty expensive tickets

review US MSG July 1
Great band, very tight. For me disappointing because I love two albums (War, Unforgettable Fire), which they played very little of. They played a lot of Inn and Exper, which of course audience should have expected because that is the tour name! I did not know these songs so could not enjoy as much.
Few bands in rock music history have reached the level of superstardom (and have maintained the staying power) of Dublin-based band U2. Due to a winning combination of innovative, ever-evolving songwriting, spectacular live shows, and front-man Bono's penchant for political/humanitarian endeavors, U2 have managed to remain an A-list act since emerging onto the music scene with their debut album Boy in 1980. With phenomenal album sales (every album they've released since 1987's The Joshua Tree has hit Billboard's number one spot), a plethora of hit singles ("New Years Day, " "Sunday Bloody Sunday," "Pride," "I Still haven't Found What I'm looking For," "With or Without You," "Mysterious Ways," Beautiful Day," -- and the list goes on) U2 have established themselves as the premier rock band of the 1980s and far beyond. Their sound has evolved from post-punk (guitarist The Edge created a signature sound with his sweeping, delay-heavy guitar work), to arena rock, to blues-inspired rock, to electronic/techno pop and back again. With their 2005 release, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb, U2 treat fans to sounds both classic and new-- reminding us exactly why these Dubliners have managed to become one of the most successful bands in rock history.
